Where is paralleled studios located?

What happens if i miss or need to cancel/reschedule my scheduled lesson or session?

-In the case that Paralleled Studios has to reschedule a session, there is no penalty for either party; The lesson will be rescheduled ASAP. Paralleled Studios guarantees a professional experience, only rescheduling a lesson due to:

• Emergency, including weather

• Booking/Casting/Performance- Paralleled Studios is run by a professional performer that is actively pursing a career in the arts.

• Illness- We take the safety and health of our clients seriously and do not want to risk infecting students. 

• Booking error

-Members: There is no penalty for needing to cancel a scheduled session, although it is encouraged to give at least a 24 hour notice. For conflicts communicated in advance, you can either:

• Opt to reschedule

• Call to chat about progress during the time that is reserved

-Non-Members: A minimum of a 24-hour notice is required for non-members. Failure to do so will eliminate the option for a makeup credit. If a notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a makeup credit to be used within that same semester. In the case of a sudden illness or other emergency, a makeup credit will be given. 

-Everyone:

• In the instance of a booking or casting…congratulations!! Absolutely no penalties will be applied.

• If you choose to cancel a lesson without rescheduling, a makeup credit will not be given.

  Can I cancel my membership?

Of course-life happens! You can cancel your membership with a 30 days notice! You will then only be responsible for payment of the number of lessons given. Simply contact Paralleled Studios to get the cancellation process started. Once your cancellation request has been received, you will receive an invoice with any remaining balance, which is due upon receipt.
